City police chief receives coronation medal

THUNDER BAY — Chief Darcy Fleury of the Thunder Bay Police Service was awarded a King Charles III Coronation Medal on Thursday.

The medal was presented this week during the Ontario's solicitor general, Michael Kerzner, and Thunder Bay-Atikokan MPP Kevin Holland’s visit to the Thunder Bay Police Service station.

Kerzner recognized Fleury for his years of dedicated service in policing and his contributions to the service.

The medal also commemorated the coronation of King Charles III.
