The art gallery's proposed move to the waterfront could take its next step Monday.
City council will vote Monday night to enter a letter of intent, with terms and conditions, for the Thunder Bay Art Gallery's potential new home on the waterfront.
It will come as part of a related property matter that needs two-thirds of council's support.
