Students and staff at Confederation College have a new interactive job bank.
The Workbay was launched Tuesday morning at the college's annual career fair, and it's ready for students to use at home or school.
The new site brings employers, students, educators, and social media all into one place.
One of the components of Workbay is a simple and interactive tool that identifies the type of work that a student is interested in, and then finds matches to possible jobs in the workplace.
Students can also create a personal profile that tracks employment opportunities, and delivers modules that can help deliver additional certifications.
Hayes say there will be exciting things added to the site in the next six months, and it will be eventually be available to everyone in the region.
