THUNDER BAY -- Ontario Provincial Police say a collision on Highway 61 has slowed traffic in the area between Broadway Avenue and Chippewa Road.
The incident, which led to the southbound lane being blocked by one of the vehicles involved, happened around 10 p.m. on Friday night.
Police have not indicated how long it will be until the incident is cleared.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area, if possible.
It was a busy night for OPP.
Another collision, near Mud Lake Road, closed Highway 102 in both directions. It occurred around 9 p.m.
