Complaint in Fort Frances leads to impaired charges

FORT FRANCES, Ont. – One Fort Frances man is facing charges following a complaint of impaired driving.

According to a release, Ontario Provincial Police received a complaint on Wednesday just after 9 p.m. of an impaired driver on Central Avenue.

Police say officers located the described vehicle on Second Street West.

Upon speaking with the driver officers determined he was impaired.

The driver was arrested and transported to the detachment for further testing.

Police charged Justin Rose, 29, with operation while impaired – blood drug concentration and driving while under suspension.

He was released to appear in court in Fort Frances on Dec. 29 to answer to the charges.
