City Council approved a new three-year deal with employees at the city homes for the aged Monday night.
The contract will impact 655 workers at the three facilities -- Grandview Lodge, Dawson Court and Pioneer Ridge.
It includes a 1.75 per cent wage increase in each of the three years.
The union members ratified the agreement last week.
City manager Tim Commisso calls the wage settlement fair and fiscally responsible.
