THUNDER BAY -- The victim of an alleged north side abduction has been safely located.
Thunder Bay police on Friday said they believe the male victim, who was assaulted by three other men before being kidnapped, was specifically targeted.
The alleged abduction happened on Court Street after 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, when the victim was forced into a black sports utility vehicle and driven away from the scene.
Police said through the ongoing investigation they have been able to locate and speak to the victim.
