THUNDER BAY -- The Mayor gave his Inaugural address to the city during the first meeting of the new council Monday night.

Keith Hobbs outlined priorities including continuing to tackle infrastructure needs, addressing crime and racism, and completing a new storm water management plan to deal with climate change.

Hobbs also committed to holding CN fully accountable for re-opening the James Street Swing Bridge, and moving forward on the proposed Event Centre.
