An investigation is underway following a single-vehicle crash Friday morning involving an OPP cruiser near Schreiber
According to police, the cruiser was travelling eastbound on Highway 17 when it left the roadway.
The officer at the wheel at the time of the crash was transported to McCausland Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries. The officer has since been released.
The investigation is being conducted by the Nipigon detachment of the OPP.
