SUDBURY – Thunder Bay’s Nick DeGrazia has cracked a list of Canadian Junior Hockey League players on the NHL’s Central Scouting players to watch list.

The former Thunder Bay Kings forward, who scored 32 goals and 61 points in 46 games last season with the Rayside-Balfour Canadians, was given a B rating, which projects them to be selected in the second or third round.

The 17-year-old graduated of the Thunder Bay Kings program is eligible for the 2021 NHL Entry Draft and is the property of the Ontario Hockey League’s Sudbury Wolves, for whom he played four games in 2019-20, scoring a goal and adding an assist.

Regina’s Carson Ceulmans, a defenceman with the Brooks Bandits of the Alberta Junior Hockey League, and North Vancouver, B.C.’s Kent Johnson, a centre with the Trail Smoke Eaters, are the only two players on the list to garner an A rating.

DeGrazia is one of three players to get a B. Another 11 players were rated with a C.
