One of the biggest names in hip hop history has produced a new single for a duo with Thunder Bay roots.
Thunder Bay's Norm Nadeau (Expertise) and Jay Khan (Shylow)'s new song, This Iz Tha Time features beats from DJ Premier.

Shylow first connected with Expertise when he was attending Port Arthur Collegiate Institute (PACI) in 1992-1993.
Shylow moved away after a year and by the turn of the decade, he was working with producer Marco Polo. That's when Expertise connected with him again. The pair became known as the Pillosnatchaz but renamed themselves First Division.
On Sept. 25, First Division will release its new album and This Iz Tha Time will be its highlight.
