(FORT FRANCES, ON) - On April 15, 2015 members of the Ontario Provincial Police Atikokan Detachment supported by members of the Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) and the North West Region K-9 unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a Maple Crescent residence within The Township of Atikokan.
As a result of the investigation Jonathon McCOLLICK (47) was arrested and charged with three CDSA offences.
McCollick is to appear in court on the May 28, 2015 to answer to the charges.
Investigators seized a total of 4367.7 grams (9.62 lbs) of marijuana.
The investigation is continuing.
