(KENORA, ON) On Sunday April 24, 2016 at 7:30 a.m, The Kenora OPP was advised of a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 658.
Police located the vehicle and three passengers still at the scene.
After speaking to the driver, it was determined he had consumed alcohol. The vehicle had severe damage, but the passengers were uninjured.
As a result of this investigation, a 25 year old Kenora man was charged with Impaired Driving contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC) and Driving with More than 80 mg of Alcohol in Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b)CC.
He is to appear in court on June 9, 2016 to answer to the charges.
