DRYDEN, Ont. -- The telephone deal between the city of Dryden and Bell is complete.
The final authorization of the sale of landline and Internet assets had been granted by Dryden city council in October.
Both officials with the city and Bell say the transition has gone as seamlessly as they could have hoped.
