DRYDEN, Ont. -- Some residents in the Dryden area have been advised to keep a close watch on water levels.
The Ministry of Natural Resources has issued a flood watch for residents along the Wabigoon Chain of Lakes and downstream of Wabigoon and Eagle Lakes.
The Ministry says the Wabigoon and Eagle Lake systems are experiencing higher water levels and increased flows, and the potential exists for flooding in low lying areas.
They're advising caution along fast moving streams and rivers.
They also say residents may want to take action to secure and protect property in flood prone of vulnerable areas.
