Dryden traffic stop results in drug, gun bust

DRYDEN -- Provincial police have charged two Southern Ontario men after a drug bust in Dryden.

The OPP seized what they describe as a large quantity of drugs, money and two loaded handguns during a Monday traffic stop on Highway 17.

A 23-year-old man from Etobicoke, Ont. and a 25-year-old man from Mississauga are each facing one count of trafficking heroin and another charge of trafficking cocaine, along with two counts of possession with intent to traffic. 

They are each facing five additional firearms related charges.

The pair are being held in custody in Dryden.
