THUNDER BAY -- Emergency services are on scene Wednesday morning of an incident on Highway 11/17.
Police and other emergency services are currently at a collision at the intersection of Highway 11/17 and Balsam Street.
The eastbound lane is blocked.
Traffic control is in place.
