THUNDER BAY -- Bundle up if going outside.
With wind chill values below - 40C, Environment Canada has issued an extreme cold warning for the city of Thunder Bay on Sunday morning.
Though the warning was lifted before noon, wind chill values are expected to be below - 30C for the rest of the day.
If outside, people are cautioned to dress appropriately for the cold and in layers as much as possible.
The national weather service also advises people against drinking alcohol if going outside.
