THUNDER BAY -- The national weather service has issued a special weather statement for the city, advising that precipitation is on its way.
Environment Canada is forecasting the city to receive some freezing drizzle as well as five to 10 centimetres of snow throughout Saturday.
The statement predicts that areas near and north of Lake Superior are expected to get the most snow.
