THUNDER BAY – A photograph being shared online via Facebook may have led to a police investigation.
Facebook user Ashley MacRae originally posted an image that appears to show a transport unsafely passing a vehicle on Highway 17, forcing another vehicle to move onto the shoulder to avoid a serious collision.
“Later in our journey this driver defied laws and almost ran two more vehicles off the road by not allowing them to merge,” the original poster writes.
No charges have been laid, but officials with the Thunder Bay detachment of the OPP say they are aware of the photograph and are investigating.
