THUNDER BAY – A federal party leader is heading to Thunder Bay, a sure sign that election season is upon us.
Tom Mulcair will be coming to Thunder Bay later this month.
According to the Tweet sent by the NDP’s local riding association, the opposition leader will be in the city July 26 as the local NDP hold a Rally for Change, an hour-long event being held on the Canadian Lakehead Exhibition grounds.
