FORT FRANCES – A two vehicle collision has resulted in impaired driving charges for a Fort Frances resident.
According to an Ontario Provincial Police release, emergency services responded to a two vehicle collision Monday, Dec. 13 at 2 p.m. in the Township of Atikokan.
As a result of the investigation, a 54-year-old fort Frances man was charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs.
His driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the impounded for seven.
The accused was released from custody to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Atikokan on Jan. 12, 2021.
