THUNDER BAY -- Four lucky Thunder Bay residents are among the big winners in this years Canadian Cancer Society VIP Lottery.
Leading the way is Peter Rusak, who has won a 2013 Mazda 3 Sport, valued at over $27,000.
Henry Osmulski held a ticket worth $25,000 cash.
Meanwhile, Brian and Anne Graver and Ornella Bregg have both won prizes worth $10,000.
