Four police cadets to be sworn in as officers on Thursday

THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Police Services will swear in four new constables on Thursday afternoon. Brian Gilbert, Jeff Johnson, Justin Backor and Kyla Rutherford will receive their badges from Chief J.P.

THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Police Services will swear in four new constables on Thursday afternoon.

Brian Gilbert, Jeff Johnson, Justin Backor and Kyla Rutherford will receive their badges from Chief J.P. Levesque at a ceremony at the Thunder Bay Courthouse.

The 2:30 p.m. ceremony will be presided over by Justice Dino DiGiuseppe, who will call the candidates forward to read their oaths.
