THUNDER BAY – Gas prices at some pumps in this city have dropped by nearly seven cents, but other stations remain unchanged.
According to the online gas price watchdog ontariogasprices.com, buying regular gasoline at some gas bars would cost a motorist about $1.07-per-litre as of Wednesday morning.
The cheapest fuel can be purchased at the Superstore, where a litre of gas will cost you $1.069.
But not every gas station is dropping prices.
As of Wednesday morning many local gas stations continued to sell fuel between $1.12-to-$1.14 a litre.
An Esso on Dawson and Mapleward Roads boasted the city’s highest gas price at $1.19-per-litre.
Meanwhile, gas is as low as 85-cents-a-litre at neighbouring Fort William First Nations. That’s the price currently listed at K&A Variety and Gas Bar.
