THUNDER BAY -- City police responded to more than 210 incidents during the week of Monday, March 30, 2015 through Sunday, April 5, 2015.
Thunder Bay Police Service statistics are made available through crimereports.com, a website that tracks reported crime via information provided by local police services.
The more than 210 incidents reported last week do not include traffic cases.
South of the Harbour Expressway, city police responded to more 127 reported crimes. Some of the more serious incidents included:
• 21 Assaults
• 1 Robbery
• 10 Break and enters
• 7 Thefts
• 4 Thefts from vehicles
• 4 Theft of a vehicle
• 2 Weapons charges
Meanwhile, north of the Harbour Expressway, officers responded to more than 83 criminal reports.
Some of the more serious incidents reported include:
• 13 Assaults
• 2 Robbery
• 2 Break and enters
• 6 Thefts
• 2 Thefts from vehicles
• 4 Weapons charges
The vast majority of cases city police responded to were listed as either liquor or disorder.
