THUNDER BAY - Golf Links Road is scheduled to reopen to vehicular traffic on Monday.
The roadway has been closed for much of the construction season as crews completed the second phase of widening and and reconstruction.
All four lanes between John Street and Linden Street are expected to be open at the start of next week, nearly completing the project.
“Minor boulevard and landscaping work will continue, but will be completed off-road and is not expected to have any serious impact on traffic,” said city director of engineering Kayla Dixon.
