A Thunder Bay great-grandmother is the city's latest lucky lottery winner.
Zoovart Wakewich, 81, was in Toronto Wednesday to pick up a cheque for $100,000. That's the top prize in the OLG's Cash In scratch game.
Wakewich says she already has plans for the windfall.
The retiree says she'll buy a new car, replace the shingles on her roof and help out her grandkids.
