The Thunder Bay Country Market is a year-round farmers’ market held Saturdays between 8am and 1pm and Wednesdays from 4-7pm during Harvest Season.
We Make it, Bake it, Grow it.
Over 100 vendors attend every Market day, year-round, with additional farmers attending during the summer months; we’re proud to be the largest producer-based market in Northwestern Ontario. An average of 6,000 visitors shop for local meats, cheese, eggs, produce, baking, meals and crafts every week.
The Market is a sustainable engine of the Thunder Bay economy, with a real impact of close to $8 million on our community.
For our vendors, the Market represents an opportunity to earn a living doing something they’re great at and that they love. For many of our customers it’s a place to buy groceries, crafts and gifts from the talented, hard-working people who created them.
