Health unit reports one new COVID-19 case, two more resolved

There are now four active cases in the Thunder Bay District with two previous cases now considered resolved

THUNDER BAY - The number of COVID-19 cases in the Thunder Bay District remain steady, with one new case reported on Friday and two more now considered resolved.

With the additional case and two others now considered resolved, the total number of active cases in the district is down to four.

The new case reported on Friday is from the Thunder Bay and surrounding area and the exposure category is still pending.

There is also one less individual listed in the hospital, leaving no hospitalizations in the district as a result of the virus.

There have been 3,358 total cases in the Thunder Bay District since the start of the pandemic.
