NIPIGON, Ont. – A vital transportation link has reopened after being closed for much of Saturday morning due to fallen rock.
Highway 11 was closed at Nipigon at about 9 a.m. while crews worked to remove debris from the roadway and ensure the safety of the road.
It was reopened to one lane at about 11:30 a.m. and traffic returned to normal by mid-afternoon.
