Highway 11 reopened after 'serious' collision

LONGLAC, Ont. -- Highway 11 has been reopened more than 12 hours after what the OPP deem to be a 'serious' crash. The OPP responded to a multi-vehicle collision early Saturday evening that happened about 75 kilometres east of Longlac.

The OPP responded to a multi-vehicle collision early Saturday evening that happened about 75 kilometres east of Longlac.

The highway was closed at Picnic Point Road in Longlac and at Highway 631 as emergency services and OPP investigators attended the scene.

It was opened to one lane early Sunday morning before tow trucks removed the vehicles.

The highway was completely opened around 9:30 a.m.
