Thunder Bay Police are on the hunt for a pick-up truck involved in a Wednesday evening hit-and-run.

A silver Honda Ridgeline was struck  travelling north on High Street as it travelled through a green light at the Red River Road intersection. The vehicle was struck on the driver side, resulting in extensive damage to the hood and fender and leaving the Ridgeline with a flat tire.

The driver of the suspect vehicle, which police have few details about at this time, fled the scene, travelling east on Red River Road.

Police say no one in the Ridgeline was injured in the collision.

Anyone with information on the incident , which occurred around 9 p.m., is asked to call Thunder Bay Police.
