THUNDER BAY -- Residents near a local shopping mall will have to wait a month before making a deputation to city council.
The group near Confederation Drive are looking to speak with council over site plan control as the new LCBO is being build at Arthur Street Market Place. Council referred the plan to administration to consult with the property owner before it heads back to council next month.
