THUNDER BAY -- A 20-year-old who organized a massive party in August now has a court date.
The Thunder Bay Police Service concluded its investigation into a Aug. 31 party that took place at a Hacquoil Road home.

Area residents took issue with the noise, congested roadways, open liquor and intoxicated youths.
