Hotel staff injured in early morning robbery

THUNDER BAY -- An early morning robbery at a city hotel has resulted in injuries to some staff members. Officials with the Thunder Bay Police Service say the incident happened at about 4:30 a.m. at the Best Western on West Arthur Street.

Officials with the Thunder Bay Police Service say the incident happened at about 4:30 a.m. at the Best Western on West Arthur Street. 

According to police, a lone male entered the business, then sprayed an undisclosed number of staff with some sort of chemical agent. 

The man then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.  Police describe the injuries to the workers as minor.

They say the person they're looking for is about six feet tall, with  a thin build and dark hair.
