Thunder Bay Hydro is warning customers that it is going to be doing a survey, so if you are sent an e-mail it's not a scam.
Customer Service Manager Andy Armitage said there have been recent reports of scams from people claiming to be from a Thunder Bay utility, and they just want their customers to be aware.
“Customers will see a link on our website as well,” Armitage said during an interview with CKPR Radio. “So they will be able to verify that it is coming from us.”
The survey will be available until March 11.
