The Hymers Fall Fair will be celebrating a century this weekend.
To commemorate the milestone, the Thunder Bay Carvers group has presented the Hymers Agricultural Board with a hand-carved sign, which took 37 members of the group to make.
This year’s fair takes place on Sunday and Monday of the Labour Day weekend.
The opening ceremonies will begin with a parade at the Hymers Fair Grounds at 2:30 p.m.
People can expect the usual events, including live bands, great food, and many agricultural events.
The fair has seen numbers of up to 10,000 people.
