THUNDER BAY – A Summerhill Drive resident was found guilty of illegal outdoor burning earlier this month in Provincial Offences Court and was fined $360. The charge stems from a June 2018 incident.

“Any outside burning within the City of Thunder Bay requires an annual permit,” said Division Chief Eric Nordland. “Permit rules and regulations are strictly enforced.”
