THUNDER BAY -- A 54-year-old woman faces impaired driving charges after her vehicle was found in the ditch.
Ontario Provincial Police were called shortly after midnight Thursday about a vehicle in the ditch on Highway 11/17 near Wing Road in Oliver Paipoonge.
Officers determined the driver had been drinking alcohol.
The 54-year-old woman from Dawson Road Lots Township was arrested and charged.
she will appear in court October 24 to answer to the charge.
