Dates for an inquest have now been set regarding an Oliver-Paipoonge man who was found dead in his prison cell at the North Bay Jail last year.
Dwane Turk, 55, was arrested in Elk Lake in March 2011 in connection with the death of his son-in-law, 32-year-old Chris Jean of Thunder Bay.
Turk was facing second-degree murder charges and was found dead just days after his arrest.
The inquest will begin June 21 at the North Bay courthouse.
It is expected to last two days, with about seven witnesses being called.
