THUNDER BAY -- There's been another delay in the inquest into the deaths of two men at the Thunder Bay District Jail.
Inquest corner Dr. David Eden announced Monday that the inquest for Ronald Fagan and Jacy Pierre, which was scheduled to begin on Sept. 8, has been postponed.
Fagan died in September of 2007, and Pierre died in October 2007. Both while in police custody at the jail.
Eden says the delay is due to several issues, including the jury rolls.
But he expects the problems to be sorted out within a few weeks.
Details on a new date will be provided as soon as the information becomes available.
