THUNDER BAY – The coroner’s inquest examining the deaths of seven students attending school from remote First Nations is taking a nearly two-week break.

The inquest, which has sat through seven days of proceedings since beginning on Oct. 5, has been adjourned until Oct. 27.

The schedule of the inquest is to take a one-week break after every two full weeks of proceedings but this week was cut short.
