An inquest will be held into the death of Thunder Bay resident Dwane Turk.
Turk, 55, died at the North Bay District Jail last March while waiting to appear in court for the murder of his son-in-law Christopher Jean.
The two Thunder Bay men were working at a mining camp near Elk Lake when a co-worker discovered Jean’s body.
The inquest is mandatory under the Coroners Act.
There has been no mention of date or location.
