THUNDER BAY — Construction at Intercity Shopping Centre will mean a temporary change in some stops for Thunder Bay Transit users in the area.

The parking lot work is expected to begin on Monday and last through July 15.

All routes servicing stop 1006, at the shopping centre by the wall, will move to stop 1005, southbound at Fort William Road and the mall.

Routes servicing stop 1103, Intercity northbound, will move to stop 1104 at Fort William Road and the mall.

The East End route detour will see buses turn left on Isabel Street, turn right on Memorial Avenue and service stop 1757 adjacent to Sport Chek, and stop 1758, at Memorial and Dunlop. Buses will then turn right on the Harbour Expressway and again on Fort William Road to stop 1005 before continuing on with their regular routes.
