THUNDER BAY -- Hundreds of local Jedi masters and Sith lords descended upon the VictoriaVille Centre this weekend for Star Wars Fan Appreciation Day.
The event took place alongside a Home Depot Kids Workshop Saturday and was sponsored by the Canadian Garrison of the 501st Legion, Comix Plus and Morituri eSports.
Participating children were able to get their picture taken with Santa, have their faces painted and test out the Star Wars Battlefront video game.
