KENORA, Ont. -- No one won Tuesday's night's record-tying $70-million Lotto Max jackpot, but someone in the Kenora/Rainy River district may be $1 million richer.
Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation on Wednesday announced that a ticket purchased in the district was one of 20 Ontario-based million-dollar Maxmillions winners from Tuesday night's draw.
Other Ontario winning tickets were purchased in Brampton, Willowdale, Mississauga, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Burlington, Halton Region, ParrySound/Nipissing region, Niagara region and Renfrew County.
Friday night's Lotto Max draw will again by $70 million, with an estimated $70 million in MaxMillions prizes also up for grabs.
