KENORA, Ont. - A 38-year-old man is facing impaired driving charges after being found in a parked car Wednesday morning.
OPP officers found the Kenora man, Daryl Kirchner, alone in the vehicle and were concerned for his well-being.
After they spoke with the man, officers determined he had been drinking and was taken to the detachment.
The man has been charged with care or control of a vehicle while impaired by alcohol and care or control of a vehicle with over a blood-alcohol content over 0.8 milligrams.
He will appear in court on March 31.
