Kenora man heads to court to answer to impaired driving charges

(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a local male for Impaired Driving. 

On Wednesday July 23, 2015 at approximately 12:00 a.m., the Treaty Three Police Service observed a male driving in the south side of the city and suspected the driver was impaired. The Kenora OPP attended and determined the driver had been consuming alcohol and transported him to detachment for further tests.

As a result of this investigation, 44 year old Brad LACOMBE of Kenora has been charged with Driving a Motor Vehicle with More than .80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood and Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

He is to appear in Kenora Court on September 10, 2015 to answer to the charge.
