Kenora OPP charge man with impaired driving

Kenora OPP media release follows : (KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a male for Impaired Driving. On Wednesday August 5, 2015 at approximately 9:30 p.m.

(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a male for Impaired Driving. 

On Wednesday August 5, 2015 at approximately 9:30 p.m., OPP received a complaint of a possible impaired driver on the north side of Kenora.

Police located the driver and determined the he had been consuming alcohol and transported him to detachment for further tests. 

As a result of this investigation, 40 year old Charles OGEMAH of Wauzhushk Onigum (Rat Portage) First Nation has been charged with Driving with Over .80 mg of Alcohol in his Blood and Fail to Comply with Undertaking X4 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

He appeared in Kenora court on August 6, 2015 to answer to the charges.
